Verbinde dich mit deiner Göttinnen-Kraft. Die Göttin ruht in ihrer vollkommenen weiblichen Energie und weiß, alles ist bereits in ihr. Durch bestimmte Breathwork-Techniken, Akupunkturpunkte und mit dem passenden Yoga Flow findest auch du zu dieser Göttinnen-Weisheit zurück. Die ätherischen Öle stärken deine Weiblichkeit, Selbstliebe, und vor allem den Frieden in dir. Verbunden mit dir und getragen durch Seelenfreundinnen kreieren wir einen Ort der Hingabe zur Weiblichkeit. Breathwork & Akupunkturpunkt-Arbeit, Yoga Flow into Yin, Meditation und ätherische Öle. In meinen Yoga & Öle Workshops kombinieren wir die wundervolle Wirkung von 100% reinen, ätherischen Ölen mit einer dazu passenden Yoga-Einheit. Die Öle bekommst du als kleine Tropfflaschen inkl. aller Infos zu Wirkung & Anwendung. Die Yogapraxis ist für alle Level geeignet. 

Und das bin ich: Hi, ich bin Julia, Yogalehrerin, Athletiktrainerin, Ernährungscoach, Aromaberaterin & Hobbyastrologin. Ich bin (trail)lauf- & bewegungsverliebt. Die Natur ist ein unglaublicher Kraftort für mich. Als ausdauernde Läuferin verbringe ich viel Zeit im Wald. Ich wandere gerne und liebe die Wellen zum Surfen. Meine Vision ist es, körperliche und mentale Gesundheit & Heilung auf selbstbestimmte, individuelle und natürliche Weise in dein Leben zu bringen. Außerdem möchte ich uns Frauen empowern, in unsere volle Kraft & Weiblichkeit zurück zu finden.
