Event-Beschreibung

In unserem 1-stündigen Einsteigerkurs vermitteln wir dir die Grundlagen zum Kanufahren. Dabei legen wir den Fokus auf das Gewinnen von Vertrauen und Sicherheit für das Boot! Bevor wir uns gemeinsam auf das Wasser wagen, gibt es eine kurze Übung an Land, um ein erstes Gefühl für das Boot und das Paddel zu entwickeln. Ist die Scheu vor einer Kenterung erst einmal überwunden, finden auf dem Wasser spielerisch Übungen zum Gleichgewicht, zur Wahrnehmung und Paddeltechnik statt. Du wirst sehen, schon nach kurzer Zeit fühlst du dich im Kajak sicher und wirst erste Erfolgserlebnisse sammeln! Einfache Team-Spiele sorgen für Abwechslung, Spaß und Zusammenhalt. Gemeinsam mit deiner Mannschaft gewinnst du die Kontrolle über das Boot.

Benötigte Voraussetzung: Fähigkeit zum Schwimmen.
Bitte immer 10 Minuten vor Kursbeginn erscheinen.
