Ausgerichtet und Aufgerichtet: eine starke Körpermitte hat nicht nur körperlich viele Vorteile für deine Haltung, sondern auch geistig und mental. Eine starke Körpermitte schenkt dir Selbstvertrauen, Öffnung und positive Energie. Ich kombiniere meine Pilates-Stunden mit den Lehren des Embodiment. Embodiment ist das Zusammenspiel von Körper mit dem Gehirn und der Psyche, dem Geist. Eine bewusste Verkörperung der Bewegung und des Gefühls, was du in dir abspeichern, kreieren möchtest. Wir legen also ganz viel Fokus auf das genaue Spüren der Muskelgruppen und verbinden es mit kraftvollen Gefühlen. Ein wunderbares Tool, um so richtig in deine Power zu kommen.

Pilates & Embodiment ist für alle geeignet, keine Yoga-/Pilates-Vorkenntnisse erforderlich.

Und das bin ich: Hi, ich bin Julia, Yoglehrerin, Athletiktrainerin, Ernährungscoach, Aromaberaterin & Hobbyastrologin. Ich bin (trail)lauf- & bewegungsverliebt. Die Natur ist ein unglaublicher Kraftort für mich. Als ausdauernde Läuferin verbringe ich viel Zeit im Wald. Ich wandere gerne und liebe die Wellen zum Surfen. Meine Vision ist es, körperliche und mentale Gesundheit & Heilung auf selbstbestimmte, individuelle und natürliche Weise in dein Leben zu bringen. Außerdem möchte ich uns Frauen empowern, in unsere volle Kraft & Weiblichkeit zurück zu finden.
