Mit Anderen in der Natur am Lagerfeuer sitzen, in die Flammen schauen und Erzählungen lauschen ist an sich schon etwas Tolles. Wie kann man dieses Erlebnis noch besser machen? Richtig … mit Essen!
Doch Kochen am Lagerfeuer will gelernt sein, damit sich die Leckerbissen nicht in kleine schwarze Kohle-Stücke verwandeln. Nicht nur das Auge, sondern auch die Seele isst mit. Daher trägt das Ambiente erheblich zum Geschmackserlebnis bei und Kochen am Lagerfeuer hat seinen ganz eigenen unnachahmlichen Charme. Beim Kurs "Wilde Küche" zeige ich euch, wie man mit einfachen Mitteln leckere Gerichte zubereiten kann. Gerichte, die sich SO auch nur am Lagerfeuer nachkochen lassen.
Letztes Jahr gab's Flammlachs, diesmal haben wir etwas Neues für euch im "Kochtopf". Passend zum See bleiben wir beim Thema Fisch, aber eben etwas anders. Dieses Jahr haben wir auch eine vegetarische Variante für euch dabei und ein Nachtisch darf natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Das alles werden wir nicht nur gemeinsam essen, sondern auch kochen, vor- und zubereiten. Learning by doing eben.
