Event-Beschreibung

In unserem Kletterkurs für Anfänger üben wir den Einstieg in den Klettersport. Mit qualifiziertem Trainer der DAV-Sektion Hochwald führen wir dich nach und nach an das Klettern heran. In diesem Kurs zeigen wir das richtige Einbinden in den Klettergurt, das richtige Sichern im Toprope mit verschiedenen Sicherungsgeräten (HMS, Tube,....), kraftsparende Klettertechnik, Eigensicherung, sowie das Abseilen.

Der Kletterkurs für Anfänger eignet sich für alle, die erste Erfahrungen im Felsklettern sammeln möchten oder klettern im Fels einfach mal ausprobieren wollen.

Inhalte des Kletterkurses für Anfänger:
- Materialkunde
- Sicherungstechnik
- Bewegungslehre beim Klettern
- Klettern im Toprope

Treffpunkt: Teufelsfelsen, Waldhölzbach (Adresse: Grünstadt 13, 66679 Losheim am See). Alternativ findet das Klettern bei schlechtem Wetter in der Kletterhalle in Wadern (Adresse: Franz-Haas-Straße 8, 66687 Wadern) statt.
